At Creations By Stacie Jane, we aim to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping across Australia. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order has to be ordered from our supplier this does take some time, and will be shipped within a friendly time manner as soon as it arrives from our suppliers around Australia.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Postage: Estimated delivery between 2–10 business days depending on your location.
Express Postage: Estimated delivery between 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, postal delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs:

Standard Postage is $15.95

Express Postage is $24.95

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, all parcels include a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Creations By Stacie Jane is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once handed over to Australia Post.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, you will need to lodge a compensation claim directly with Australia Post.
We will assist where possible by providing proof of postage and order details to support your claim.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. name cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
